Waymo opens public robotaxi service in Manhattan

After a year of mapped testing, Waymo One goes live to all NYC riders below 110th Street.

Waymo's public robotaxi service launched today in Manhattan below 110th Street, with a fleet of 600 5th-gen Jaguar I-Paces. Service runs 24/7 with no safety driver. Pricing is matched to Uber Comfort. The launch makes NYC Waymo's seventh public market and its first dense Northeast city.
